PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how MT Software processes personal data when you visit or play MINIMUMS.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

Maxime Tanésie, trading as MT Software, is the data controller.

2. DATA WE PROCESS

• Guest session: a technical anonymous user identifier and an essential authentication session.
• Discord sign-in: the Discord account identifier and profile name supplied through Discord and Supabase authentication.
• Game data: company names, seeds, saves, aircraft, crew, contracts, finances, reports and progress.
• Operational history: accepted game commands, save revisions, checksums and timestamps used to keep the simulation coherent and secure.
• Recovery and transfer: hashed recovery credentials and short-lived Discord transfer records. Plain recovery codes are not stored.
• Public-site audience: anonymous and aggregated page-view information collected by Vercel Web Analytics. The game route /play is excluded.
• Technical logs: request and error information generated by Vercel and Supabase for security and troubleshooting.

3. WHY WE PROCESS IT

Account and game data are processed to provide the requested game, cloud saves, authentication and synchronization. The legal basis is performance of the service requested by the user.

Security logs, command history, integrity checks and anonymous audience measurement are processed for MT Software's legitimate interests in protecting, operating and improving MINIMUMS. Data may also be retained where required by law.

4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

MINIMUMS uses only authentication and security storage required to maintain the session and cloud saves. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and provides aggregated statistics. No analytics component is loaded on /play, and commands, saves, company names, seeds and Discord identifiers are never sent as analytics events.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel: application hosting, technical logs and anonymous public-site analytics.
• Discord: optional OAuth authentication initiated by the user.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

6. RETENTION

Account-linked game data and command history are retained while the account or company remains active and are removed when the corresponding company is permanently deleted or following a valid deletion request, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons. Authentication, infrastructure and analytics records follow the limited retention settings of the relevant service provider.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion by emailing contact@mt-software.fr. Please write from the email address associated with Discord when possible and include enough information to identify the account. Additional identity evidence will only be requested where there is reasonable doubt.

Requests are answered within one month unless applicable law permits an extension. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

8. CHANGES

This policy may evolve with the game. Material changes will be dated on this page and may also appear in the changelog.
