By accessing MINIMUMS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. THE SERVICE
MINIMUMS is an evolving browser-based management game published by MT Software. It is currently provided free of charge and without a promised release duration, feature set or level of availability.
2. ACCOUNTS AND SAVES
You may play through a guest session or use optional Discord authentication. You are responsible for protecting guest recovery credentials and access to your Discord account. A company can be permanently deleted through the game after explicit confirmation.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its security, access another player's data, automate abusive traffic, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer private server interfaces for abuse, or use MINIMUMS for unlawful purposes.
4. GAME INTEGRITY
MT Software may correct, rebalance, migrate or remove game data where necessary to maintain security, resolve corruption or develop the simulation. Deliberate manipulation of remote saves or service infrastructure may result in access being restricted.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
MINIMUMS, its visual identity, text, code, simulation and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the game grants only a personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service.
6. AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. MT Software will use reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent preservation of saves or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. TERMINATION
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion at contact@mt-software.fr. MT Software may restrict access where necessary to protect users, infrastructure or legal compliance.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user's country of residence.
